Florian combines deep technical understanding with a clear view of business needs, efficient operations and future-ready solutions. He is particularly strong at structuring complex challenges, developing robust technical concepts and leading teams through delivery. Drawing on many years of experience, he recognises early which technology decisions will matter over time and translates them into stable, high-performance systems.

As a co-founder and managing director, he is closely involved in designing and delivering digitalisation solutions, IoT applications and smart-factory projects.
